Paul came to do our pre-inspection so that we would have the information and confidence to make an offer on the property without having it subject to inspection. Our realtor referred Paul to us and we're glad he did! He was detailed and very informative and even provided us with a binder full of info when we were done. I would highly recommend Paul.
