Paul did a great job inspecting a 26 year old, 3,000 sq. ft. home in Port Coquitlam for us. He was polite, friendly, efficient and thorough. His inspection report was provided to us very quickly and was well illustrated and laid out in an easy-to-understand format. His fee was also very reasonable and a little less than a competitor we had used the previous month. In short, we have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his company should you need a home inspection.

Paul's enthusiasm and passion for his job radiates upon meeting him. He was quite thorough with his report and right off the bat, he ask for permission to be informal, which to me, was a great because there is nothing worse than a "salesman speech." Paul's report was easy to read and made sense. I do love that fact that he uses a narrative approach with pictures and thermal/moisture scans; this made the report more informative and ultimately, it just made more sense: you have a visual of what the report was talking about. I would highly recommend Paul and his company!

Paul turned up early on site to inspect a townhouse we were planning to buy. I arrived at the end of inspection and Paul took me through all his findings, complete with IR imaging.
