Paul did our townhouse inspection, covering everything in careful detail. He not only provided us a detailed written report but he also went through it with us, making sure we knew how to maintain our place going forward, and making some recommended changes. The report includes pictures with a good description of the findings, We were also provided with a binder of recommended seasonal home maintenance. Paul is a joy to work with and I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Paul was great!! He was punctual and thorough. He was also reachable, I was able to talk to him about some specific concerns I had after reading through the strata documentation and prior to the completion of the inspection. The report I received was extremely helpful, and included colour photographs to illustrate the item Paul was referring to. After the inspection he reviewed the findings in language that I could comprehend. He then took the time to walk me through the residence to point out important locations of switches and supply sources. He also gave me helpful information on how to maintain the residence moving forward. He is both personable and professional, a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for a home inspector!! He gets an A+ - I'll absolutely use his services again should I need another home inspection.

Paul was an absolute professional when it came to inspecting a house we were interested in buying. He arrived early in the morning on a weekend before the offers we being presented and did a full insepction of the house. He presented the report to my wife and I as soon as he was done and showed us his findings.

The report was excellent and not only highlighted things that we should get done and might want to get done in the future, but he also told us how to fix them and what the approximate cost would be.

The report showed us that there wasnt anything to be concerned about and we were able to put in a good offer with confidence knowing that no major renovations were needed.

This is who you want to review your place. Very thorough and I have a lot of confidence that he really knows his stuff. The place does not have many problems but he also offered a lot of great advice on what to do to keep it in top shape.

We are purchasing a home and needed an inspection done.
