Paul did our townhouse inspection, covering everything in careful detail. He not only provided us a detailed written report but he also went through it with us, making sure we knew how to maintain our place going forward, and making some recommended changes. The report includes pictures with a good description of the findings, We were also provided with a binder of recommended seasonal home maintenance.
