Our boiler recently died (shaking the whole house at 3 am), so in went a call to Direct Energy, with whom we have a furnace maintenance agreement. Turns out our 25 year old boiler was toast, necessitating a replacement. Throughout the process, everyone that we dealt with (from service guys, to the service manager, to the sales guy, to the installers) was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm not used to this level of service, especially from large organizations, so I appreciate this opportunity to single out Sandro, Randy, Vito, and Fab for what turned out to be a very positive experience.
