Had the roof and eavestrough replaced by Spiros back in 1999/2000. Excellent pricepoint, very good workmanship and was done in the time promised. Only issue, was we heard a small leak about 4 years later, and when we called Spiros, it took us many phone calls and letters before he came out to look at the problem. He then stated it was due to poor caulking and not his work. Anyhow, he did fix the problem. Would recommend him to others, but we warned of after sales service.

I was a bit worried using Direct Energy based on reviews here, however our experience was excellent. Our Sales Rep Mike was very good. He came to see us twice, and worked out the best price he good, based on other quotations we had received. They were more expensive than others, but not by much, and offered no interest equal monthly payments. They came at the time and on the day they promised. The installation was done painlessly and they kept everything clean. They even installed a better unit than the one initially purchased as Trane had released a newer version!
