I Love this company. Very professional and they know what they're doing. I had my entire yard gutted and re-done. The crew was totally amazing and extremely accommodating. After the Sod was laid they noticed the mailman was walking on the new Sod they came over to my home and put up barriers. The stone feature and stone boarders they created were exactly what I wanted. The initial stone that came to the house was not what I envisioned, and they had absolutely no problem changing it immediately. Jesse Schnell designed exactly what my imagination conjured up and Avery assisted me with the selection of Trees and Shrubs making sure that what I ordered was appropriate for our cold climate. Nic Viksich ensured the design was carried out to perfection and even called me to make sure I was watering my new grass. Kabil and his crew were absolutely the hardest working crew I have ever watched. The weather was cold, snowing, raining and they pushed through. I got tired just watching. They made sure the whole area was cleaned up everyday. They were very attentive and friendly, a pleasure to get to know. Their attention to the details and finishing are second to none. Dealing with this company makes you feel almost like family. I would recommend and use them again and again. Nice work Guys!!!

We hired Greentree to redo/rework the shoddy workmanship of a previous landscape Company. Julien was a pleasure to work with - professional, hardworking & conscientious. It is a tough task to fix others mistakes but Greentree excelled - we are so pleased with the results - finally! We should have hired Greentree originally and had the project done right from the beginning.

We had a granite patio, sidewalk, and grading done in June. For the couple of days it took the crew to finish the job, they kept telling us that they were working on $100,000 jobs. We didn't realized it at the time that our little $20,000 job was just a filler job for them. Everything was fine for the first week until we noticed a bunch of loose paving stones in the middle of the patio and along the edge, and the patio has a big stain on it in the middle from all the poly sand that has washed up.

This was when we realized how terrible their customer service is. They came out to fix it a couple weeks later, but we realized after that it wasn't even fixed. We eventually talked to Gordon, who is apparently the owner. Since we have been talking to him, he's made no effort to make us happy or get it fixed for us. In fact, he's even tried to say that it was caused by a previous issue, which is not the case. We had Corey, the landscape designer come out prior to the job being done. He took a bunch of pictures and did the design. Gordon came out to see the issue we are having and made a bunch of excuses for the quality of work that was done and was going to send a guy out to fix it that admitted he has never worked with the granite. We told him we want it fixed properly and not in the rain. Again, we followed up because we haven't heard anything. His response was that he would send someone out in the next couple of weeks when he gets "rained out". It is disheartening to find out that they want to fix the patio when they're “rained out”. We feel that the issues we are facing with our current patio is that it has always been treated as a small little “filler” job to occupy time when there’s nothing better to do. We would really like this project to be taken seriously- the stains that we are concerned about (that we want to have cleaned) will not even be visible if the patio is wet. If correcting this job is not something that can take the full attention of the crew due to its small scale, then it should not be an issue to refund our cost so that we can hire a company that is scaled accordingly to handle the scope with the seriousness we would like it to be dealt which is exactly the reason why we're having this problem.

I'll start off by saying the work that the installer did was excellent, we love the way our backyard works and would (and will) hire the installer back in a heartbeat.

But buyer beware:
1. The only contact we had from the site manager was to send me a final bill. At no point was I asked how things were going and if I was satisfied with the work.
2. They highball the amount of material used and only changed it to actual material used on the final bill because I called them out on it.
3. There were material delays of several days, and what I could tell based on conversations with the installer it was due to incompetence, meaning our project took 3 times longer than necessary.
4. The contract they give you, make sure you have in writing what each section means or they will dispute if you challenge them.
5. They say the don't use subcontractors but that's what everyone who worked on my backyard was (they all had their own companies)
6. Question what their "Tool Package" is, they charged me ALOT for storing 3 shovels, 2 rakes, a tamper and cement mixer in my backyard. Worst of all these weren't Greentree's supplies they were owned and brought by the installer they subcontracted my job out to.
7. NEVER EVER let them put a "just in case we need to do it" into your contract. We did, and despite the fact that they didn't need to do the "just in case" they adjusted the wording on the final version and told us that they worded it wrong on our copy so we ended up having to pay for work they didn't do.
8. The material they have on the floor in their show room is misleading, it's not what it will look like in your yard, they put some type of lacquer on it so it looks darker and shinier.

Overall very happy with our backyard only because the subcontractor did such an excellent job, but we would not recommend Greentree to anyone. If you decide to hire them please read the above and leverage the lessons we learned so your experience can be better than ours.

My back yard use too collect water now after the great work I can BBQ and enjoy the sunny days and no more water and the patio is great thanks Carlos

Don't use GREENTREE! Poor quality, inexperienced staff, terrible management, misrepresentation.

Will promise you the moon... great first impression... give them deposits and then watch out! You will not get what you were promised and what you rightly deserve for your money. And good luck trying to talk to someone about it.

I suspect many of these 10/10 reviews are family/friends or simply fake. This is NOT a good company as they present themselves. BE WARNED!

I could not be happier with my decision to hire Greentree Landscaping to do my back yard! Corey helped me to create my little sanctuary. His design ideas and personality made my decision to hire him easy. His team of Sebastian, Rob and Andrew were awesome! When weather permitted they were there early and worked until late. They were meticulous in every facet of construction and clean up. They are a great group of guys who take pride in their work and love what they do! I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you Corey, Sebastian, Andrew and Rob!

They did our final grade work. We have a infill property in Edmonton that had numerous issues that had to be addressed before the city would approve it. They took care of each one and I only found out after they were done how complicated it was.

They just finished our landscaping now so I am writing a review to say I would recommend them.

We had an amazing deck built by Greentree. We spend a lot of money and we're pretty worried when it got delayed, but now that it's built it looks amazing!
