We called roughly 1 month prior to the installation to get a quote on replacing 6 of our windows in the home. The ladies who answered the phone were all very pleasant and cheery, and also very helpful. The windows specialist that came out was very professional and nice, he was very thorough and answered all of our questions. We had other companies out to give us proposals and WindowRama was by far the lowest bid, not to mention the only company of the 3 that did not bad mouth it's competitors. As a matter of fact the bid was so good we replaced 7 windows instead of the 6 we initially planned to replace. A month later (as promised) the windows arrived and we scheduled the install. The technicians were on time and very polite. They covered the work areas with tarps and were very careful with the area they had to work in. After they were through the lead technician had me look at the windows to make sure everything was in order and showed me how they operated. He also explained how to better care for them in the winter time. Overall we are so very happy with WindowRama! Not only are we referring others to them, but we plan to get more windows replaced in the future! Thank you WindowRama Team!

I had contacted one for the large home improvement stores first and the bid for just the picture window and two windows was $1,900. Their sales rep said the window would have to be tempered because of national regulations to protect small children from running through the glass. I double-checked this information with building codes in my city and found out more than I ever knew applied to window glass. The improvement store’s rep was truthful about the tempered glass, but the price was more than I could afford.
Then two people I know suggested WindowRama. WindowRama sent a rep named Paul to my home. Paul made a suggestion for my combination picture window and two functional windows: go with three functional windows with the center window larger than the flanking two windows. He measured the opening, drew an illustration as to how the new window unit would look, and I agreed. The new unit falls within the guidelines and I have a window perfect for my Christmas tree to be seen.
That is not the best part, though. The best part is that Paul was also able to replace my bathroom window, too, for less money than the original quote from the home improvement store.
I have quality windows from WindowRama. The noise reduction has been wonderful, especially with all the heavy rain we had in the last 6 months. I love the double-lock system! I can open my windows from either the top or bottom and the double-lock keeps anyone from entering my home. This feature is great because I have an old-fashioned attic fan. Fresh air! Yahoo!
The installation crew was prompt, courteous, protective of my property, and fast.

I made several calls looking for estimates to replace 2 windows. I was disappointed to find that multiple companies did not even return my calls, emails, contact form submissions, etc. While I can't be certain the reason, I believe it was because the job was small. WindowRama not only answered my call, they provided a quote within 24 hours. Of the 3 quotes I finally received, WindowRama had, by far, the best price on a quality product.
Andre has been helpful and responsive throughout the process. Because I do not live at the house, he offered to go by and measure from the outside so that I wouldn't have to drive over.
The windows were ordered, and installed in a timely fashion. I will definitely use these guys again when I am ready to do the rest of my house.

I called Windowrama for an estimate for almost all of the windows + 2 doors in my house. The experience has been excellent, from start to finish.
1. The estimate was done by Andre, and his visit was quite pleasant and the samples and demonstrations that he presented were a big seller in the decision to go ahead with the work.
2. Weekly follow-ups were very helpful. The status of the order was never in question.
3. The installers arrived on time and were very professional. Tim and Paul were very efficient in the way the used their time here, and even finished a day early. The site was left virtually spotless after they were done.
4. A couple of issues arose, but these are due to manufacturer error rather than Windowramas. One window glass had a small crack in it, and 2 windows had some debris caught within the window glass. They guys noticed it right away, put in the order for new windows, and within 2 weeks came back with brand new spotless windows.
I would HIGHLY recommend Windowrama for those who are interested in a quality product. There are cheaper ways to resolve some window issues, but if you see windows as an investment rather than an expense, this is the company to use.
Our house immediately felt different, not only in appearance, but in climate function within.

Eddy the sales person was personable, knowledgable and courteous. He made us feel really comfortable with making such a big purchase. He gave a thorough explanation of all the components of the door. The installers were professional and did an amazing job. A new front door is a commitment, and this particular entryway needed a door for a long time. I shopped around and met with many contractors about installing a door. I didn't feel comfortable about buying a new front door until I met with the Windowrama Team. I am so grateful for this company and their great integrity and outstanding service. Bravo, Windowrama!

The estimate was an excellent price. I told them I wouldn't be available for them to be installed for 3 months. No problem for them. They gave me samples when asked for and a list of addresses for windows installed so I could see quality of work. The team of workers came on time, were extraordinary in their installation. It hardly looks like I even need to touch up the frame. They cleaned up completely and took all the old windows away. I had received a price from a competitor for over 40% higher who had an excellent installation reputation, so I was concerned about unsightly caulking etc. However, I am so glad to have gone to Windowrama. This installation team went above and beyond. They even capped an area that wasn't in the contract with the left over material. Please use them. Don't waste your time on other people. Also, I love these windows. So easy to clean!!!

I stopped by Windowrama and talked with Paul. He went over all of the possible windows and described the differences to me. He then offered to come out to the house and take measurements and pull together some pricing. There was no high pressure sales tactics going on, just helpful information and the facts as he knew them. We talked with a number of different companies and contractors over the next month or so. We had some interesting experiences. Some good and most not so good. We kept going back to the Windowrama and another company because of the quality of the window, professionalism of Windowrama, and the pricing. My wife made numerous changes to style, colours, etc. Requested numerous colour samples and stopped by their place a number of times. The staff and Paul were extremely helpful the whole time without ever being pushy or inconvenienced. When we finally made our decision, 6 weeks after initial contact, Paul and Andrew came to our home and redid all measurements. Andrew was very helpful. He suggested a couple of changes that fit the look we were looking for in our sunroom and also saved us money! They were very thorough and professional. We then put a deposit down and the windows were ordered. 6 week to install we were told. I received a call from the installer about 4 weeks later and they were able to begin later that week. They showed up when they said they would and we gave them access to our home over the next 3 days. There was about 4 to 5 workers there at a time. They were as neat and clean as they could be. They installed the windows, insulated with foam, and trimmed out the windows beautifully. Above all expectations we could have had. In the sun room they removed old wood framing and set the new windows back to the original brick sills. The wood framing along the sides were replaced which border stone columns. The pieces had to be cut to conform to the stone columns which took meticulous cutting and sizing. The carpentry work that was done was exceptional. They then had it finished with mortar along brick and stone. Andrew came through upon completion and saw that our rear door frame was not perfect. He ordered a new door for that opening. Our experience with Windowrama was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure dealing with their staff. A special thanks to Sergey, Andrew, and the install team.

I received an estimate from WindowRama. I was very pleased as this was the lowest estimate I received by a company that has a very high review rating. Within one week from the date of the estimate I was given a date for installation. The installers arrived on time and worked steady until all five casement windows were installed. They cleaned up the mess very well. I was so pleased with their quality of workmanship and the product itself that I recommended this company to a close friend who had seven windows installed. I highly recommend this company!
