Wonderful. Paul is the most helpful & patient person I've met. There was no pressure (which has not been my experience with other window salesmen). He sent additional information on the windows & encouraged me to take all the time I needed to get the color right. He was always kind & helpful -never once showed frustration with my inquiries. The installers were also great. There were 2 teams here to install the 8 and 9 feet high windows. They were very respectful, minimized noise, and were extremely careful to clean up after themselves. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

I had 4 single pane windows and old storm windows removed. New sliders were installed. I had over 10 people come out to look at the job and give me quotes. Just about everyone else said they couldn't do the job or wanted an outrageous price. The old windows were arched. I did not want to pay for custom windows so I had rectangular windows installed and the moulding had to be custom built to the space. Windowrama did a truly fantastic job. The windows I chose are high quality and the craftsmanship of the install/woodwork was top notch. The crew were extremely friendly and left the space spotless when they were finished. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would definitely hire them again

We had Paul and his windowrama team replace some of our windows about a month ago. We found them on homestars. They were one of three companies that we had to come out and give us free estimates. Their price was second lowest but what made us choose them was that they were doing another install 5 min away from our house. We went out to check it out and we really like the quality of their work. Our installation was scheduled and in less then two days everything went very smoothly. Our first contact person was Andre. He answered all questions with patience and great knowledge. We feel that we made the right decision in choosing our windows based on his guidance. We chose the vinyl windows by WindowCity and replaced five windows and two sliding doors. Scheduling the day to replace the windows was easy as well. The workers were punctual, courteous and hard working. Every single extra work I asked for (changing the screens on windows that didn't get replaced etc.) was done without any hesitation. As scheduled the job was done in a day. The windows are reducing the noise and blocking the outside temperature substantially. They also look fantastic from the inside because of the framing. We are very pleased with the result and the service since then has been great. After a few days i ran into the sliding door and ripped the screen. Windowrama came by and changed the screen without any charge. I also would like to mention that I had a very specific issue around the sales tax, so specific, that the owner of Windowrama took his time to call me to discuss. This is a great company with a fantastic customer service.

Windowrama installed 21 windows and 2 patio doors - brick to brick.
Pros:
-Price was middle of the road with some room for negotiation.
-The workers were the real deal. They worked hard and didn't stop.
-They cleaned up pretty well inside and out.
---I did find some screws and nails after they were done, but overall pretty good cleanup for the size of the job.
-The windows are good quality. Smooth, clean, functional.
-The trim work was top notch. The mitred joints were tight and clean.
-Brick mould was done well and caulking was clean and tight.
-They communicated with me through the process and kept me in the loop.
Cons:
-I was told that the job would take two days. It took an extra half day, in part because they got the color of two of the windows wrong and had to send them back to the shop. They rectified them within two days.
-My biggest complaint for this job was the dusty mess that remained after they removed my kitchen patio door and window. Because they had the front door open, once they removed the window/door, we had a breeze coming through the house. All of the dust spread through the house like wildfire. My wife and I cleaned until 3am because literally everything in the house had dust on it.
-----In hindsight, they should have closed the front door and thrown some tarps around the areas where they were pulling out the door/windows to prevent the dust from spreading too much. That's what we did the next day and there was absolutely no dust spread.
If you're doing windows, I would definitely recommend these guys - without hesitation. AND Ilia called me after the job was completed to ask for feedback. Now that's customer service that's hard to find these days.

The team replaced one window at a time and thoroughly cleaned every area as they worked through the house. As one would expect there was some cleanup after the installation, but nothing like I expected. They were so clean that the extent of the cleanup was vacuuming and dusting. Installers Andre and John were extremely professional and nice. They worked diligently and finished the whole house in 2 days, replacing a total of 14 windows. The finished product was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We have seen an immediate decrease in the cost of cooling our house over the first 6 weeks, and we can't wait to see our cost savings during the winter. One added bonus to the new windows was also the difference in the quietness inside the house. I highly recommend Windowrama to anyone. The price was fair and the finished product was beautiful. I literally had no complaints! The job was done on time and I couldn't be happier!

Excellent! There were no surprises. The windows I had replaced would not open and were 52 years old....not to mention they were not energy efficient. WindowRama did exactly what they said they would and these windows are great! I called WindowRama at the recommendation of my neighbor who had his windows replaced about two years ago by them. He is very picky and he liked what they had done. We live in an older neighborhood - houses built in the 1960's - for the price I could not have asked for anything better.

The company operates all aspects of their business in a top notch manner including the initial sales contact from my inquiry, from the measuring of each window for custom manufacturing, to the office which gave me weekly updates as to the status of my order (before installation started and after my order was placed with the manufacturer), and to the scheduling of the work, to the completion of the work. Each installation was completed in one day.

The installers were courteous, professional and all things I expect from a first class operation.
