I signed up unfortunately on a long term contract. After a year the system kept going offline every time I was away on business and I had to contact tech support to reset it. Got tired of doing it and told them about my dissatisfaction. Nothing was done and now they are sending me to collections. It's unbelievable how companies like Safetech sign you up on a contract and then threaten you with collections for not delivering the reliable service you signed up for. Stay away from this company.

I am really sorry you feel this way. However, as you are aware, you failed to pay SafeTech for additional services rendered at time of installation. After installation, we made several onsite service calls, each time you promised to pay the original outstanding balance, but no payment was received. We have continued to provide 24/7 monitoring services to your yet-to-be licensed future grow-op facility even though you are not paying us for this monitoring service. Monitoring has not been paid since July 27, 2015 (over one year), despite the fact you are still using the alarm system each day.
