Our first contact person was Andre. He answered all questions with patience and great knowledge. We feel that we made the right decision in choosing our windows based on his guidance. We chose the vinyl windows by WindowCity and replaced five windows and two sliding doors. Scheduling the day to replace the windows was easy as well. The workers were punctual, courteous and hard working. Every single extra work I asked for (changing the screens on windows that didn't get replaced etc.) was done without any hesitation. As scheduled the job was done in a day. The windows are reducing the noise and blocking the outside temperature substantially. They also look fantastic from the inside because of the framing. We are very pleased with the result and the service since then has been great. After a few days i ran into the sliding door and ripped the screen. Windowrama came by and changed the screen without any charge. I also would like to mention that I had a very specific issue around the sales tax, so specific, that the owner of Windowrama took his time to call me to discuss. This is a great company with a fantastic customer service.
