I made several calls looking for estimates to replace 2 windows. I was disappointed to find that multiple companies did not even return my calls, emails, contact form submissions, etc. While I can't be certain the reason, I believe it was because the job was small. Andre has been helpful and responsive throughout the process. Because I do not live at the house, he offered to go by and measure from the outside so that I wouldn't have to drive over.
The windows were ordered, and installed in a timely fashion. I will definitely use these guys again when I am ready to do the rest of my house.
