Modern Purair Calgary

We just had Modern PURAIR come in to clean our furnace after a basement renovation project. What a great experience.

Rory, the technician, was a complete professional from the moment he first introduced himself until he left. He was warm, friendly and very competent. He invited me to walk through the house with him and confirm what he was doing, he showed me pictures of how dirty the furnace and duct work were (yuck!) and gave me tips on how to fix a cold air return (inexpensively). He also graciously moved things that we forgot to pull out of the furnace room.

This is my first experience working with Modern PURAIR, and I plan to have them back to clean the furnace. I would definitely recommend their services.

William was so pleasant, on time, friendly and very professional! Work was done in the time he quoted and my furnace doesn't make noise anymore, or sound like its struggling to push out the heat. (He was also very respectful of my cats by making sure they didn't get out :D) I will recommend Modern PURAIR to anyone considering this type of service and will definitely use them again.

William was extremely professional! I loved this new system of duct cleaning as I was able to see the dirt. I liked how the vacuum was in the furnace room instead of those large hoses traipsed throughout the house. I will for surely use them again!

I can honestly say this is the first time I feel like the furnace had been cleaned thoroughly even though we do it every 2 years. I could hear the suction through the walls!!! Now that's clean!!

Rory came out to perform our furnace and duct cleaning, which also included cleaning of our dryer vent. Rory was courteous, friendly and professional. We notice less dust in our house now and clothes dry faster in the dryer. We highly recommend this company for their excellent service.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. William did a great job, he removed an outdated humidifier and really cleaned out all the ducts. Will definitely recommend William and his Purair company.

I found Modern Air through a Groupon offering and after comparing prices with other companies found the Groupon offering was very competitively priced for the package. Plus I added on the dryer vent cleaning and boy does my dryer dry faster now. It was very easy and quick to book an appointment with the company. The service provided was excellent! They did a great job. I’ve had my vents cleaned by other companies since purchasing the home a few years ago but Modern Air cleaned the vents and ducts better than any other company. I know this because they found some Lego in the ducts that had been missed by the other company that could only have come from the previous owners of the home. They went above and beyond reconnecting some ducts that the previous owners had disconnected. Again the other company I had out did not even note this as an issue or concern. In addition I love that Rory drew with a black marker on my furnace the direction of air flow and wrote on the furnace filter the installation date of that filter. It’s helpful tips like this that will make it easier for me to install and replace filters appropriately. Thank you Modern Air for making it easier and cleaner to breath.

William and MondernPur air is the only company I trust to clean the vents right. If they do it for the children's hospital, they are good enough for me. My house goes from smelling like "old dog" to fresh and clean -- you will notice the difference right away. I love WIlliam, he is very thorough and conscientious getting every nook and cranny. He spent well over his allotted time here to get the job done right. We have pets and extreme allergies and couldn't survive without ModernPurair. I highly recommend the sanitzer in the vents and furnace as well to kill all the germs!! Well done. Thank you William, you are a real treasure with a super amazing work ethic!! Well done!!
