It's been a few years since I had my ducts cleaned so I knew it was time. Bruce showed up on time and I was impressed with his professionalism. My house even smells better now! Much better results than I've have in the past. Thank you so much!

Had my ducts cleaned by another company last October. I expected that would reduce the amount I had to dust in my house however I hadn't noticed any real difference. Decided to get the ducts cleaned again after Modern Purair was recommended to me by a friend. Am I ever glad I called them. The guys were clean, polite, professional and super helpful. And they showed up right on time! They showed me all the stuff that came out of my ducts and I was shocked. Gobs of construction dust and debris and we haven't done any reno's for over three years. These guys were easily worth every penny, clearly cleaned the ducts way better than anyone else and got all the stuff out the other guys missed. I honestly can't say enough about these guys. Highly recommended, 10+ stars.

Used a groupon deal - and added a chemical cleaning after discussing the situation of the previous owner being a heavy smoker. As we are renovating there were tonnes of drywall dust etc in the ducts which they cleaned out. As we are in the process of changing furnace they offered to come back and re-do the work for free just to make sure no loose articles will be going into the new furnace and our system be clean as a whistle.

The two guys were very polite, professional and suggested many things through-out the process. It probably took 2-3 hours (didn't time them) and I have already recommended them to my friends.
