Modern Purair Calgary

We recently had another duct cleaning company come in to clean our home. It just didn't seem that it did anything. Called Dwight at Modern Purair to see if they could help us out. We have kids with asthma and require a dust free home. We are so glad we called these guys. Who calls 30 minutes before arrival, these guys did. Doug and Dwight spent the extra time to get the job done right. The new portable technology was really neat to see. When they were done they showed us what came out of the ducts. Excellent work and great service with a smile. Bruce was exceptional in not only coming ontime but doing a thorough job of cleaning the ducts and furnaces. I have two high efficiency furnaces, HRV and about 40 ducts that Bruce exactly knew what and how to do. I found their system to be better than those truck mounted booms as they bring the 220V high pressure vacuum right to the furnace room and have another blower mounted on truck. I found that the combination provided better suction of all the drywall after renovations. At the end Bruce was also able to show what exactly was collected in the filter. Would use them again and also recommend them to others who like the job to be done thoroughly. Thanks.

The service took about two hours and I was very impressed. Not only did they do a great job but haven't had to dust in TWO WEEKS! This was not the norm before as it was a daily dusting routine. We were in the Calgary Home Show on September 20th, 2014, and met Bruce Lockerby from Modern PURAIR Calgary. We booked right at the home show for two of our homes in the following week.
Bruce and his colleague called 15 minutes before they arrived and finished the job beyond our expectations. They not only cleaned the furnace, they also scrubbed /polished the inside of the ducts one by one carefully.

Bought my house last year and was not sure if it had been 12 years or two years since the last cleaning of furnace done. I was shopping around for a company with great reviews & reputable to clean my furnace & ducts. Luckily I found Modern Purair on Groupon! So for Furnace & Ducts 15 only $169 . Bruce & Rory showed up on time- with a confirmation call prior. They also completed more than the 15 vents ---the did my dryer vent & vacu flo system as well. They also patched up a back job the last company did in reseating the vent in basement the last company did & took the time to explain things/teach me. Will definitely recommend this company to family & friends. They also gave me a break on the cost of the vacu flo system cleaning; dryer vent & additional vents to be done:) Thanks again guys I can breath cleaner air again;)

We recently had our furnace and ducts cleaned by Modern PURAIR here in Calgary and let me tell you that it was a wonderful experience! Normally I do not write these, however after receiving a service that was so far above the normal, I had to tell people. Having had my ducts cleaned before, the level of service, effort and detail that this company did was exceptional and praiseworthy! Their representative, Bruce, was on time, friendly and very professional. He was thorough at explaining the service and its benefits and all options available. There was no pressure, just a sound explanation and choice of options. I highly recommend this company to anyone and will use them again in the future!
