Rory called before the schedule time to confirm he would coming. He explained what he would be doing and the equipment he would be using. He was very thorough and a very good job. I would strongly recommend this company.

We had our ducts cleaned after some insurance work was done and were impressed by their thoroughness. They even cleaned out debris that was left behind by the last duct cleaning company just a few months ago. Very friendly staff also, would recommend them to others.

After hardwood floor installation we needed our fur face ducts cleaned. Rory informed me that the previous cleaning was done poorly. The work was completed and pictures confirmed the job was done right. I highly recommend Purair for not only their professionism but the friendly technicians who know their stuff! Well done.

Very impressed with Modern Purair! Rory and Drew were very professional, courteous and efficient. They cleaned my furnace and ducts, bathroom exhaust fans and even my central vacuum system. The amount of dust in my home is definitely down and my vacuum system is working more efficiently! Would definitely recommend this company and definitely use them again!

My story is similar to others posted on Homestars. Booking the appointment went smoothly, phone call prior to remind me of the appointment, technician (Rory) was on time. Very courteous. Job was thorough and upon conclusion of the job, discussed a few options. Chose to have Rory take care of the dryer duct and central vacuum while he was at it. A recent reno made the latter quite a mess and we never had the dryer cleaned out since its installation.
Will I recommend Purair or use them again in the future? You bet!! I thank Distinct H&C for the tip-off!

This company is a rare gem. From the first point of contact until the job was complete, they provided us with great service. Customer service rep was extremely efficient. They called prior to our appointment and they showed up on time. The technician that came to our home was professional, prompt, efficient and friendly. Our home smells super clean and the dust levels have improved significantly. We have had a couple of bad experiences with other companies in the past and Modern Pure Air changed that into a positive for us. We will definitely use this company in a couple of years when we need another duct cleaning. The price for us was definitely worth it in our opinion.

Easy booking - booked online. He was on time. Service was excellent - the person was very trustworthy, showed up in business casual clothes and was not tracking dirt through the house. Explained the service, offered extras but I felt no pressure to buy. I don't normally review right away, it's been about 2 months and the dust in the house is substantially reduced. Thanks!
