I had a great experience having Steve from Valley View diagnose my broken dishwasher. In the end, the recommendation was to replace the dishwasher not repair it but Steve made the options clear to understand and went above and beyond to provide details.

He even had a quick look at my ailing Fridge while we were waiting for a parts quote and gave me an estimate to repair it. Again, it was clear that his level of knowledge and experience was excellent.

Ultimately, I decided to get new appliance... but Steve gave me advice on how to get a good deal and that worked out. I only wish Valley View did installs.

Excellent service received, and very knowledgeable technician. In under thirty minutes we had a working oven, explained problem and fixed it with original part from manufacturer. Would most certainly call again for any other service needs. I really appreciated the mats, and sliders used to maintain cleanliness during the moving and repair of the oven. I contacted Valley View appliances for assistance with my refrigerator that was not cooling the fridge side properly. The tech came out, was very friendly. He inspected my appliance and determined the part for the fix would be about $300. He then suggested a DIY fix to save the money as it is an older fridge and not likely to be worth it in the long run since it is an older appliance. He confirmed the part numbers I would need should I decide I want to fully fix it and where to get them. It has been 3 days since the visit and so far so good on the fix.

Made an online appointment on Monday of September long weekend when dryer stopped heating. Valley View called Tuesday morning to confirm the appointment as booked. Steve arrived within minutes of the expected time and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem as a worn out heating element. When Steve checked with the supplier the part was not available for shipping. While he had the dryer open Steve checked the condition of the belt and pulley system and showed me that they were badly worn. He gave me a price for the repair of the dryer but could not say when the heating element might be available. He was extremely receptive to all my questions and readily gave me all the information he could to help me make an informed decision. In the end I decided to purchase a new dryer given the age and condition issues of the old one. I would not hesitate to use this company for any appliance repair in the future and was extremely impressed with their responsiveness and honesty.

Steve was great, clearly outlined my Bosch dishwasher issue and shared his advice and expertise in how to prevent again. Service charge was fair and I will certainly call upon Valley View Appliances in the future.

The process to book a service call was straightforward and effortless. The tech was able to come pretty quickly and had a solution for me within about 15 minutes. This is the third time we have used this company (and the same technician) and it has been great every time. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
