I am impressed with the service provided by Valley View Appliances Ltd. Steve was punctual, polite and clearly explained what was needed to get the fridge working again.

Going forward I would:
Call Valley View for any other appliance problem
Recommend Valley View to others as it can be tricky finding honest, reliable companies. (Oh yes, I have learned the hard way).

Steve came and assessed the problem. Have me a quote. I contacted Bosch and they agreed to pay for the parts I required. Steve came back and fixed everything. Steve is very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I was having temperature issues and Steve most kindly returned and tested the oven. I am truly thankful for his integrity. Most amazing in this day and age. I cant thank him enough.

Same day service. Steve has repaired both my washer and dryer in the past and I would definitely recommend Valley View to anyone requiring household appliance service!

Fast, reliable and professional. Steve was Awesome, he didnt have the part he needed once he diagnosed the issue so he went to Calgary to pick it up and came back in the afternoon.
No extra costs, no travel fees from calgary to cochrane. Hopefully I never have to call them again but they will be my first call should I ever need appliance repair.

Our fridge water line had a slight crack in it and it had gone unnoticed. It started leaking so we turned off the water supply to the fridge thinking that would solve the problem. Unfortunately there was still a slight leak.
Steve was prompt, honest and efficient. Was able to solve the problem and fix it with another valve. We would definitely recommend Valley View Appliances to our friends and family.

He did, gave an estimate, repaired it in short time and actual cost was a fair bit lower. have used dryer extensively since and glad we repaired over purchasing new.
