I had a great experience having Steve from Valley View diagnose my broken dishwasher. In the end, the recommendation was to replace the dishwasher not repair it but Steve made the options clear to understand and went above and beyond to provide details. He even had a quick look at my ailing Fridge while we were waiting for a parts quote and gave me an estimate to repair it. Again, it was clear that his level of knowledge and experience was excellent. Ultimately, I decided to get new appliance... but Steve gave me advice on how to get a good deal and that worked out. I only wish Valley View did installs.

Max installed our new Bosch dishwasher, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation itself was completed efficiently and the work was good (much better than an install we had with a different company 3 years ago). What I particularly enjoyed is the clear and concise explanations that Max provided. He took time to explain how our new dishwasher was different than our old one, and what to expect. He pointed out a few important features and settings that would affect how we use it. Friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. That's a great experience.
