washing machine was leaking

The appointments are easy to book on line. The technician was on time, worked quickly, explained in details what was needed to be done,ordered parts immediately on spot and came to fix the machine as soon as the parts were available.He also gave me suggestions how to better care about the washer and even dishwasher.He seems to be knowledgeable,efficient a courteous. I was very satisfied with his
performance. Thank you.

There was an issue with my freezer and a clogged drain valve. They diagnosed it correctly within 2 seconds of looking and had the part on-hand to fix it. They had super customer service, were on-time and fixed the problem quickly and cleanly.

Oven repair

Our 14 year old oven was repaired in a very efficient manner. The booking process was easy and the technician came as requested. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with the needed information and repair cost prior to doing the work. He was able to replace the parts immediately and his work was tidy and efficient.

Bosch Recall repair

The tech was brilliant: polite, knowledgeable, pleasant to have in the house. We have an old house that has been reno'ed several times by previous owners burly he took it all in stride.

Went above and beyond leveling the diswasher.
