Warranty power cord repair

The repair appointment was right on time. Wade noticed a small leak as well and took care of it by eliminating an extra unnecessary supply line. All the hoses and lines were neatly anchored after the repairs were completed.

Fridge was leaking water inside.

Steve was very efficient, considerate and conscientious in regards to not making a mess and cleaning up after his work was done. He explained the problem and gave us an estimate for completing the work. He answered all questions and gave us some helpful information as well. He got right to work and had the fridge fixed in no time. Asked if there was anything else he could do to help us and was very polite and friendly. Was a very positive experience.

Bosch dishwasher recall part replacement

The technician did such a great job replacing the recalled parts on our Bosch dishwasher. We ran into a considerable snag trying to access the dishwasher because of the installation of a baseboard that refused to move. He consulted with me and moved very cautiously to remove the baseboard with as little damage as possible, and to protect the cork flooring. I really appreciate his patience and problem solving and the efficiency with which he finished the job, his expertise, and the professionalism displayed during his visit. He is a wonderful representative of Valleyview and deserves to be commended for his skills and attitude. Thank you! Don and Wendy L
