The technician was on time, worked quickly, explained in details what was needed to be done,ordered parts immediately on spot and came to fix the machine as soon as the parts were available.He also gave me suggestions how to better care about the washer and even dishwasher.He seems to be knowledgeable,efficient a courteous. I was very satisfied with his performance. Thank you.
