Thanks to Luisa and Carlos, my already positive experience with Simply Comfort reached a new level today. Not only did they demonstrate competence and professionalism, they also went out of their way to provide helpful suggestions. Simply Comfort is fortunate to have dedicated, capable and professional employees such as Luisa and Carlos!

I am satisfied with Simply Comfort customer service. Sepi was excellent and very forthcoming, explicit, helpful, and informative. She serviced my equipment thoroughly, explained all her work in detail and professionally.

Christopher brown and damaine smith are very professional and nice. They treated me with kindness and they explained everything to me. I recommened them and their company for any Hvac or smart home services.

I just had a Nest thermostat installed by Nest pro installers. Sageev and Barry were very informative and helpful and saved me a ton of money by switching my protection plan over to Simply Comfort from Enercare.. it even includes duct cleaning .. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Called Simply Comfort because an electrician botched the simple job of giving my whole home humidifier an independent power source and fried the control board of my furnace. The staff that initially answered the phone were very professional. The service tech was amazing, Ravi Ravindran - very competent; knew the various options for replacement parts or new furnace for our home cold. Also was very well versed in the various payment option and plans available. Ravi made the whole process run smoothly, was available any time for questions and followed up after the install.
