Arrived on time, work completed in one day, cleaned up very well, and brought floor coverings to keep Floor & Rug clean from the front door to the basement.
I especially appreciated the helpful approach to any questions that I asked.

Just wanted to post about our really positive experience using Walchuk Heating and Cooling this past summer. Bottom line was that they provided timely, efficient and comparable pricing for the unexpected event. We had the unlucky experience of realizing that our A/C was not working one morning near the end of July. We called a couple of HVAC companies. Walchuk was able to send out a technician that afternoon. The verdict was that the furnace needed repair (AC was old but still working), and due to the age of present one, it was recommended that we replace it. Miles came out the following day to present the types of replacement furnaces and prices. Luckily they were able to come in the following day to complete the work and took away the old furnace. The staff protected rugs and flooring and were friendly to deal with. We were back in business in a matter of days and ready for the next heat wave!

Sold our home and just before closing the pool for the winter, needed to confirm heater in good shape for new owners. WalchukHeating & Cooling saved the day and was able to squeeze us in before closing!! Excellent service!!

Was very promptly responded to when I called their office and a technician arrived on the same day and repaired my air conditioner. Everyone was very polite and professional.

Originally called WHC out to service our twelve year old Tankless hot water heater; unfortunately it stopped working 2 days before our scheduled appointment . The technician was very thorough at explaining the issues and gave us a couple of choices for solutions. We opted to replace with a new model. They were professional, friendly and quick; which you come to appreciate when youve had a couple of cold showers !! We would not hesitate to call them again or refer them to friends and family .

The team from Walchuk Heating & Cooling installed our dual-zone ductless AC/heat pump last week. They were quick and efficient and made sure the job was done perfectly. Once they were done, they turned it all on and waited an extra hour to make sure everything was working properly and that the water was draining correctly.

Miles From HWS was wonderful, there service was impeccable, constantly going above and beyond expectations. From the moment you engage with them, it's evident that customer service is their top priority. Miles sent a technician Chris to flushed our tankless water system and set us up with a new filter. He explained everything to us as we just moved into this home. The two technicians that they sent to do the gas lines One for the barbecue one for the stove we're very professional and worked clean. They also showed us everything they did and cleaned up their work area at the end. We were very impressed. Martin was amazing! He was professional and explained the issue clearly. We will have him repair and clean our furnace again. Is it possible to book a Fall cleaning for 2025 already?

I found W-HC was able to give me the best price on a mitsubishi Zuba heat pump installation. They were able to accommodate my unique requests such as not including the heating back up unit and saving the cost of it (I have a wood stove for a back up so it wasnt necessary). They were prompt and they accommodated a couple delays from my end that allowed me to qualify for the federal greener homes loan program. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to retrofit their home for a low carbon or zero carbon future. Thanks so much!
