A technician came to my house on aug 26,2016 and did a maintenance on the furnace and air conditioner. He had also performed a service on a furnace and air conditioner at a previous home I lived in. This time he didn't clean out my furnace interior like the first time we met or check if all the vents were pushing out the same airflow as he did previously. He noticed a rust on the pipe and electrical
box in the unit and said a bolt was not
tightened right. After fixing it he told me
problem was solved and keep an eye
out for anymore rust or water spots. 2
weeks later I noticed the rust worsened
and the outside of the unit had rust and water pooled on top. I followed the exhaust pipe up and noticed it was
slowly dripping and rusting a bolt on the outside of the unit. After telling him, he
told me he would fix it or somebody else would from the company. No further
follow up was done up to now. I called cosmopolitan and they said it would be another $99 to send somebody to diagnose the problem. Quality of service has gone downhill and responsiveness
of the company and staff is terrible. This
should have been a complimentary
return to fix as the problem was discovered on maintenance and never
fixed properly. I will never use this
company again and will not refer
anybody to them either.
