Appliance Repair Master

I had had a lousy repair job on my washing machine last year and it broke down again. After calling in two other repair cos. I finally called Appliance Repair Master. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Their representative, Avi, repaired my washing machine with a guaranteed manufacturers part, guaranteed the and labor and also fixed the door on my dishwasher and I was charged for only one labor cost for both jobs which took an hour and a half to complete. It was a great experience.

We had called another repair service to fix a working dryer that only squeaked. They came, tore the dryer apart and left me with a dryer that no longer worked. After not hearing from them for 10 days we called Appliance Repair master who sent over Alex. Alex was amazing: honest and efficient. Will definitely add these guys to my speed dial.

Avi was great. He came multiple times to help make sure our oven was working well after the new parts were installed. Always was on time and would come with short notice. Very easy to deal with and reach the company. Would use them again.

I highly recommend this company and Alex, the technician. I had a washing machine sitting full of water; it would not drain! The company was quick to schedule both the initial and follow-up visit (a part was ordered and installed 2 bus days later). Alex was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the problem and managed to get the machine to empty the stagnant water! Two bus days later, he was back to install the needed new part,which he tested 3 times and demonstrated to me. Both his visits were quick and in the 'window'. I feel i got real value for my money of $288 for 2 visits and new part. And way better than replacing the washer/dryer machine unit (which would have been $1,200+). I highly recommend them.

We hired the Appliance Repair Master on Christmas Eve! Our dishwasher broke down and we were hosting a big family gathering....so we were really stressed out. A very nice gentleman came in and within an hour our dishwasher started to function like new! Very reliable and efficient services. Thank you Appliance Repair Masters!

This was not my first time using Appliance Repair Master. My ceramic cooktop cracked earlier this month and I needed it replaced in time for Christmas. The two technicians who responded separately to my service request were prompt, courteous and did their work quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the service and prompt resolution of my problem in time for Christmas.

I would give Vlad, the technician from Appliance Repair Master 10 out of 10 for his friendly, professional manner. He quickly solved the problem with the dryer and ordered the part. He explained the problem showing that he had great technical knowledge and expertise. We need more people like Vlad in our Society. Thank you Vlad!

Alex and Avi are exceptional repairmen. You can trust their judgement and they actually show up on time. The ARM office contacts you if there are any schedule changes well in advance and they warned me about costs and replacement part wait times - but unlike other services, they were honest and up-front about everything. Moreover, they came back to repair the front panel on my washer when it was cracked in the reinstallation - for free. The workemen are friendly and smart. Seriously you should use ARM.

this is my second service call with this company and their service is excellent. i would recommend them anytime. the technician, Alex, is very knowledgeable with any appliance. quick repairs and excellent service make me call them back again anytime. i specifically asked for alex this time because he did a great repair on our stove. call this company if you want superior service. i will always recommend them!
