I would give Vlad, the technician from Appliance Repair Master 10 out of 10 for his friendly, professional manner. He quickly solved the problem with the dryer and ordered the part. He explained the problem showing that he had great technical knowledge and expertise. We need more people like Vlad in our Society. Thank you Vlad!
