DISHWASHER

I was quoted $80 for repair call. I was told after 10 mins my dishwater had circulation problems which I already knew. I was THEN charged another $200 to confirm which part need to be replaced and then $386 for parts and labour. So they want $752.58 for a dishwasher that new is under $1000. My displeasure is that I had to already pay $294 to THESE GUYS to tell me what I already knew. FYI parts are $117 plus HST and found a repairman that only charged $100 to install. STAY AWAY FROM ************APPLIANCE REPAIR GUYS ****************

Fridge "Repair"

WORST Service Ever! Fan in my fridge was ice blocked. Charged me $300 for take the ice out. Told me they checked everything over and all looked good. 4 weeks later same issue. Called the customer service manager and was told nothing was covered. Worst customer service experience I've had.
They only care about your wallet. You've been warned!

Frdige Repair

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! The repair man came and did nothing but complain and talk on his cell phone. Prices are through the roof and guarantee to fix, but they don't. They didnt fix the fridge and said they would come back and fix another part but would charge us more again. All they want is your money and they don't fix the problem. Customer service is well trained with their stories and they are pretty well useless. Do yourself a favour, don't call them unles you like throwing your money away.

dryer repair

$80 call charge quickly balloons to $280, bait and switch. The tech told me it was a thermostat, easy fix...wrong. The real problem was a cracked terminal at the control knob. Asked for a partial refund since I did it myself.Nothing, stay away from them.

microwave repair

Terrible experience. The guy came to my house to fix the microwave. He said it would most probably be fixed. Charged me $260 + tax and after 15 minutes said that it can't be fixed and I have to pay him anyway. He said that I need to buy an extra part and he would call me to give the quotation for that part. After calling the company for three days, he called me back saying that the part is $570. This price is so high and anyone would just buy a new microwave. I am very upset that I believed him. Hope you won't make the same mistake. Don't get tricked by the company's answering system. It sounds professional but whichever option you pick, it will be answered by one person.

Dishewasher fix

Told to come out it would be $80. After inspection told it would cost $295 + Tax for a piece that he quoted cost $120. Do your research and read the reviews. This company charged me and the part would cost to purchase online $40. He was here for about 45 mins. BBB will be hearing from me on this one. Perhaps the news as well.
Shame on me for sure.

Dishwasher repair

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Shame on me for not doing my homework before having them come to my home for a service call. I originally hired them because they seemed like a reputable company. Their website looked good. They have several locations. They were able to come the same day I called - and should I complete the work with them - they would waive the $80 service call fee. All seemed well.

Once the technician arrived, he explained to me that in order to fully diagnose the problem with my leaky dishwasher, he would need to service the machine. This "service" costs $280 + HST. He said that often times, especially with a dishwasher as new as mine, this solves the problem.

Surprise, surprise. It did not. I needed a part - which they did not have in stock. The Appliance Repair Guys called back the next day and quoted $245.72 to replace my water inlet valve. This price supposedly includes installation - but the part would take at least one week to come in. A quick Google search revealed that the "water inlet valve" on a Bosch dishwasher costs about $40. So they are charging $200 for labour - in addition to the $280+tax that I already paid!?

This company is SLIMY. I cannot stress enough to do your research before hiring them. The number of bad reviews on this website (and others) is very telling. I, unfortunately, have learned my lesson the hard way.

Refridgerator Repair

Our 30 year old fridge wasnt working properly, so called ."Appliance Repair Guys". Told them it prob wasnt worth fixing but maybe it just needed some coolant. They spent 20 mins "servicing" it, said it looked ok, but told us to leave it unplugged for 2 hours. Cost $320. If it still wasnt working they would come back and add coolant. When we plugged it in, it still wasnt working, so called them back for a quote for the coolant. It took almost 2 weeks and several calls to get a quote. They told me the coolant would be $675 plus tax!!! Good thing I got the quote first otherwise we would be out $1000 for a 30 year fridge! As it is we paid $320 to be told something I told them...it aint worth fixing. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
