I called this company as the hinge on my dishwasher door had broken. The dishwasher was still working in fact it was running when the technician arrived. During his investigation he accidently tore the drain pipe running to my dishwasher. They quote you 80 to come on the phone. He told me that 280 + tax paid would cover the installation when the parts came in.*never trust them to explain the small print! I received a quote for an additional $425 for a door hinge and a plastic hose *that was not broken when he arrived.
Over 750 to fix a door hinge and repair what they damaged! I Was told to fill a warranty for in which I did. They did nothing.. sorry about your troubles. I even offered to pay 80 if they refunded the 280 for breaking my dishwasher. I'm going elsewhere and suggest you do as well.

$320 (no parts) for less than 50 min. work... and you have, practically, no choice, because you have to agree with the cost before they check what the problem is. I guess in many cases they do know and just rip you off.

They charged through the roof to repair my oven. left little blue plastic wire connector in the oven, which I found dripped all over my food the first time I used the oven after they "fixed" it. I called someone on the weekend, got a call two days later to fill out an online form, which they lost. Have had to call back several times, and they still won't come and double check their work. WORST SERVICE EVER. It is 7 days now and still can't use oven.

Same story (read other reviews). Technician came out for dryer that Would not work. He took the dryer apart then was constantly on the phone asking what to do. Quoted $280 plus tax so $316.60 for labour and part had to be ordered Kenmore from United States, new motor so another $450 for the part that they want you to pay for up front after waiting 2 weeks for any response for. Phoned their Customer Service line -- anyone reading this, don't waste your time. Don't just take the words on this board as the truth -- Ellen Roseman of the Toronto Star wrote an article on them and their deceiving tactics. The BBB has them with either a D- or F rating and the complaints are endless.

This company should not exist in Canada.
Shoddy business. $280 paid for the so-called technician to just look and dust off the appliance. He said that I need a part and the labour to install it would be cover by the initial $280 as is a flat fee.
They quoted the part 3 times more than other repairs companies and they said I need now to pay for the installation as well. Obviously I gave up and called different company.
STAY AWAY from this company.

about 7 days after they 'repaired' my dishwasher, noticed food on plates after cycle was done. Looked inside dishwasher and found the food cutter in the bottom of the machine!!!! Called them and they said they don't warranty their work, only parts. Had to take apart and install the blade myself. Now I have to flip the machine over and clean out the pump as it is clogged with food pieces as there was no cutter installed for 7 days.

never ever deal with these guys. they train customer service to treat you like crap too. i want my money back and these guys should be out of business before they rip the next customer off. They give you one price then charge you another after the job is done. when we called to speak to the manager they said they would call back...well i am still waiting. Anybody have any suggestions what we can do?

We should have read these reviews before hiring these guys. Misdiagnosed our dryer problem and it wasn't put back together properly. Now my washer doesn't open all the way since it's stacked. The customer service here is horrendous. Stay away from this company. We will need to get a new washer and dryer since we are now gun shy about spending another couple hundred to fix an old dryer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Website had local number so I thought they were in Barrie. Wrong. Based in Vaughan. Quoted me $80 for diagnostic which entailed the tech arriving, looking at the unit and giving me a flat rate quote before he had investigated anything. My drain pump was not working. He made it work before he left but said "you may need to replace the pump". Why he did not replace is a mystery. Dishwasher failed to drain next day. When I contacted the company they said that I had signed off on the repair and that I knew the pump may have to be replaced AND they would send out the pump and another repairman but I would gave to pay additional labour and parts. What a crock. WISH I HAD CHECKED THIS SITE BEFORE.

Beware, beware. This firm misdiagnosed, mislead; totally incompetent. There are competent repair people out there. This firm is NOT one of them. This company is the poster child as to why tough consumer protection laws are needed. Not only did they not repair, they left damage in the wake. An honest firm cleaned up after them at far less price and with the correct part.
