Unreliable, unprofessional, deceitful: NBR's proprietor takes advantage of kindness and leaves an inferior result. After taking 2 days to "finish the job" NBR received full payment, left no receipt or written guarantee - "to be emailed". Next day, when the tub had dried, very rough areas with drips and runs were discovered. When telephoned NBR promised to return to fix the problem and continued to break appointments for days offering a myriad of excuses. I requested he return the fee I had paid. I requested a receipt and written guarantee. None of these were realized.
This fiasco began 13.06.26 to 13.07.23 with NBR, even then, promising to remedy the situation. Waiting another week and still hearing nothing from NBR, a professional company was then called to repair NBR's mess costing me much more money as NBR's job had to be stripped off and completely redone.
