Juliet Renovation

Juliet Renovation completed the renovation to my satisfaction. There were no surprises on the cost or schedule. Understandably where the scope was not visible initially cost and schedule were agreed upon once scope became clear. Otherwise the pre agreed cost and schedule was adhered to. The house was cleaned at the end of each day. At the end of the job all items were restored to their place. One or two minor issues that came up later were attended to promptly. Most of the high value material and appliances were bought by me directly.

Juliet renovations were excellent. Everyone who comes over asks who did our bathroom. We and other people were very impressed. He also is very on top of what's modern and looks good. His work ethic is great. Many very long days in order to get it done.

I have been working with Saddi for 10 years and have had him renovate two bathrooms for my family. Saddi does high quality work for a reasonable price. He is also a thoughtful and considerate person who brings positivity and a hard work ethic. We live in an old Victorian house that needed significant upgrades once the walls were opened up. In both cases (seen in the pictures below) the scope of the project changed but in each case Saddi came up with solutions for the issues and finished the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend him.

Juliet Reno was great at remodelling my old basement bathroom. It was a tough job with old remnant of the home to be taken in to consideration. We trusted Saadi with delivering materials and we even went with his recommended finishings. He has a good eye for detail.

Clearly a hard worker and the clock did not stop when he was on the job. Highly recommended!

Saadi was very courteous and polite. He is very busy but he made time to take on my job. He completed my job on time, within budget and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him and hope to have him work on some of my other projects in the future! Thank you again.

It was done on time and close to estimated budget . Older home that required the existing bathroom to be gutted and layout changed including relocating wall and shower ,sink and toilet. I had to source my own electrician though. Had some other minor tile work done on existing downstairs bathroom at same time.

Saadi is very friendly fellow. He has saved me on lot of occasion. I never want to contact any one else other than him to work on any project.

Great work - long hours spent to ensure the job was done on time - good quality workmanship and material... very polite and ensured that all was cleaned after the day work. Great recommendations given in assisting in the picking out of shower tiles and floor tiles... would recommend Juliet Renovation to any of my friends

Complete washroom renovation, Juliet Renovation did it all from demolition to finish in just over 2 weeks, they did a great job, we are satisfied with our renovated washroom.
