Krys performed my annual air conditioning service. He was very professional and explained everything to me both before and after the service. I have been using Roy Inch for service approximately 10 years and have always been more than satisfied with the service I have received.

Jason was very polite, clear in his description of problems, and efficiently and promptly found a solution for the problem. He was very quick, tidied up nicely when he was finished and explained the billing system clearly.

Jason was assigned to my residence to address a couple of minor plumbing issues I had. Although others had looked at the problem I was experiencing with my laundry tub taps, Jason solved the problem right away. He was also very helpful in solving a couple of other concerns. Very pleasant and professional.

Brandon B. came to check my AC this spring. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. He pointed out a problem with the placement of my electrical outlet and offered possible solutions. He repaired the problem and offered advice about temperature settings. I really appreciated that he took notice and was able to make the repair on the spot.

Brandon was very professional. He called to let us know he would be arriving shortly, identified himself as he came in and covered his boots for indoors. He seemed very knowledgable and explained his work very satisfactorily. Thanks.

Called Roy Inch and Sons after hearing Peter Inch on 1290 CJBK Radio. I booked an appointment, Milton came on May 5, 2016. Very professional greeting, dressed in "Roy Inch and Sons" marked attire. Milton presented business card and introduced himself. Milton moved all equipment into my house and explained process as I have never had ducts cleaned. Milton let me observe work, approximately 2.5 hours ducts were cleaned. Terrific Job, I would recommend Roy Inch and Sons!

We are delighted with the service Krys K performed on our A/C and furnace today. We appreciated that he called us prior to arrival to let us know when he'd be coming. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and provided advice and reminders about things we can do to keep our furnace and a/c running smoothly throughout the year. As usual I was very happy with the professionalism and courteousness of the tech, Brandon. He worked efficiently and answered any questions as needed. He made excellent suggestions to assist me in my maintenance for this next year and booked my appt for 2017.

Excellent service by Milton. Also, Nathan and Milton spent extra time to clean our storm door which was completely unrelated to the duct cleaning. Thank you so much for your time and effort.
