This was the second, possibly third visit to clean the ducts at our home in Watford. We received an earlier call confirming location/directions as we live in the country. Milton and Andy arrived within time stated; they reviewed the location of the vents/air ducts and immediately set up the equipment on the red carpet. The work was completed within an hour plus a few minutes and all equipment returned to the truck.
This is, I believe, the third time that Milton has visited. He and anyone with him (this time it was Andy) is very efficient and willing to answer any questions. We are quite pleased with the service
provided and will use their service again.

Excellent service as always. We renew our maintenance plan every year and have always been please with the service we receive. This time by Larry Curtis. Its great to know we are ready for the hot weather.

The plumber for Roy Inch and Sons we had was Jason Bierworth. We told him the problems we had with the plumbing and he told us the cost and what he could do. He explained everything he did. The result was excellent. We would not hesitate to call this plumbing company for any problem in the future.

Krys K. came to give the yearly service on my air conditioner. I have had yearly service done to both A/C and furnace since my purchase in 2009.

ALL technicians have been friendly, diligent and helpful. Today Krys provided me with some great education about my AC. Extra service and attention like that keeps me a loyal customer. Keep up the good work!

Booked annual service last June for this June. Received phone call 2pm May 17th - could they come a bit sooner? Like 3:30 TODAY!
Yes, and by 5:15 all was complete, bill paid for NEXT year and Brandon was on his way - HOME!
As usual, all was completed, cleaned up and gone with a lot of useful information on the way.

Barry and Pete came to our home and installed our new system. They were both professional, courtesy and very hard working young men. After a week Milton and his helper came and cleaned our air ducts. Again, they were professional and were very efficient. I would recommend Roy Inch to anyone wanting services of this nature.

Krys did a excellent job of performing the annual maintenance of the Lennox furnace and A/C. Just bought the home and knew the previous owners had not kept up the maintenance. Entered into a maintenance agreement with Roy Inch & Sons for ongoing maintenance. Krys also noted that our rental water heater was getting on in years and setup a replacement program for us. Only concern was that the coolant level was checked, but Krys assured me that the A/C would be fine for the summer. Good service and very customer focused. Spent quality time making sure both devices were well cleaned and in good shape. (Button's in Toronto could learn a thing or too about customer service from Inch's team).
Been away from St Thomas for fourty years, but the Roy Inch team still give the same courteous service that the company was based on back when they were on Talbot Street in St. Thomas.

My ducts were cleaned on the 4thMay and Milton was my technician. He did an excellent job and I had no clean up to do after he was gone. He showed me pictures of the ducts before and after his cleaning and I was amazed at the difference. My house is only 6 years old and the original owners did not have the ducts cleaned after construction, so they were overdue for a thorough cleaning. Thank you Milton for a job well done! Krys was here yesterday for the AC maintenance and did a thorough job for me. He was friendly and courteous and gave helpful suggestions. Thanks Krys for your work and help!

Barry P. and Pete P. came out today to repair some leaking pipes which had been tagged during a maintenance visit. They were able to reassess the leak and save me $$$ from the original quote. They were on time, polite and able to perform the work efficiently. Will call Roy Inch again for all my heating and cooling needs.

Brandon B was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. He did a high quality job covering all the bases... ensuring next appointment was set up, delivery of a new AC covered and helped schedule my duct cleaning appointment. I couldn't have asked for more !
