Dylan Simpson recently completed a furnace and AC maintenance at my condo unit. Dylan was on time, professional and a diligent worker. He took the time to answer my questions and addressed my concerns.

It's been about a month, but wanted to say that Pete Perry and Jason Bierworth from Roy Inch and Sons were very helpful, considerate, friendly and informative as they installed our new water heater. They answered our questions and explained what they were doing, had no problem following up with us. Thanks guys!

Their worker, Jason Kobal, did an excellent job that was very thorough and checked everything on the furnace and air conditioner. He was able to answer all questions and took his time making sure everything was working. The same was true when we had a plumber from Roy Inch & Sons. I would recommend this company any time.

My rental hot water tank stopped working one evening, since it had been installed a couple of months before, I was concerned. I called Roy Inch to figure out what the issue was, they came the same day I called. The service technician, Larry, figured out the issue was the flame sensor. He didn't have one on his truck, so he returned to the shop to pick one up and returned shortly after. I had hot water about an hour later! Nice, knowledgable guy and quick service!

This was pre-winter gas furnace maintenance. The work was performed by a competent, polite technician who provided a complete report on the work and on the condition of my furnace. Totally satisfied.

Jason Bierworth fixed the leak. Other experts said I would need $600-$700 worth of work to create a new faucet, but Jason was able to change the cartridges with special tools. That saved us a lot of money. He was friendly and kind and gave lots of instruction and information on how to save wear and tear on the equipment.
