Technicians came for yearly checkup of furnace/AC combo and found a major problem. They explained my options, set up a meeting with a sales rep. who arranged the day for a new unit to be put in. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and the unit was put in at which time the technicians explained everything to me and answered any questions. A very efficient team!

We are very pleased with Roy Inch & Son's service since they first installed our new furnace, AC, & water heater in 2016. We appreciated the reminder to have this equipment maintained and inspected on August 30, 2017. The Roy Inch & Sons Service Technician, Larry Curts, was very efficient and helpful by answering my questions and offering suggestions. I am quite confident that Larry did everything necessary to ensure that our equipment would work well for another year. Craig was fantastic! Explained what he found in detail, the pros and cons of each option, and carefully explained exactly what I was paying for. I thought my A/C was working fine, but Craig found it was only operating at 33%! They found some of the duct work had never even been connected. Craig was punctual, professional, and gave me lots of advice about balancing the system. He took his time and did a thorough assessment and fixed my A/C! It was a great customer experience!
Milton, Omar and Jordan replaced my Reliance gas water heater rental with a Roy Inch rental. They were great! Called to tell me their arrival time (exactly as booked), laid down runners to keep my house clean, and did the work in exactly the time estimated. They explained everything extremely well and I feel relieved that if I ever need a service call for the rental I am in good hands!
Jason went above and beyond the call of duty doing a plumbing job for me. Everything went smoothly on the job, and then we walked around my new house to talk about ALL the plumbing. He pointed out some things I never would have know, and gave me maintenance tips for my appliances.
I have had three fantastic experiences with this company. Excellent customer service is clearly their top priority. And the way they work together is commendable. They exchanged information so I did not have to ensure each team knew what was going on. They knew who had been there previously and what work had been completed. All the services were completed seamlessly. They exceeded my expectations and provided excellent value! Highly recommended!

Jesse did a great job checking out our HVAC for winter service. He reviewed thoroughly what he had checked. He also checked to see how many service calls we had left on our contract. A very polite employee.

Roy Inch & Sons staff are always extremely courteous and professional when they come to our house to help us with any furnace/ fan issues. Larry Curts was extremely helpful this morning and a offered some useful tips and advice. The problem is now resolved and we are very happy customers. The Service Person, Dan H. #215 was great to work with. While away on vacation my toilet overflowed into my downstairs living room. Dan made sure both of my toilets were problem free before leaving. Thank you.

Keys came to preform our annual maintenance and inspection of our heating and cooling equipment. His service was preformed very efficiently. Keys explained what had been done and pointed a few concerns which might have to be addressed in the future. He was very pleasant and thorough.

We changed our furnace last March and it included today's maintenance appointment. Jesse, the technician, was courteous and competent. He completed all his tasks and explained the technicians notes before leaving with some good recommendations for our house. He was most excellent. In fact, Roy Inch & Sons offers excellent service and products. We always have good experiences with the company.
