Brandon, who serviced our unit last year was back again this year. He remember us and he was friendly, thorough, made recommendations and suggestions not only for the furnace but also for the AC. Greatly appreciated.

Brandon Inch did an exceptional job of checking and testing all aspects of my furnace and also the water heater which I rent from Roy Inch. He explained everything he did and the results. He left the workplace neat and tidy and ensured that all lights etc were left as they were when he arrived. Everything he did before and during the service call was very professional. Called when on his way... left a voice message when he did not get through with the call... arrived on time... was pleasant, efficient and informative. I never felt as though he was rushing and he even booked my appointments for 2018! Very happy with his work!

Jesse serviced our furnace today 11/10/17. Jesse was friendly, professional, and polite. He called prior to his visit and arrived at the time he announced. I even signed up for next years visit.

Had my a/c and furnace replaced. After install was complete the customer service went downnhill fast. Not too mention billing errors in the first month and to top it off my gas bill has been raised 25$ a month since my install.
Absolutely lost trust in this company and its sales people.
