Jesse showed up on time and was a perfect professional about his service and conducted himself as very friendly and answered all our questions. He performed his service very clean and everything was clean and tidy when he left. He even got us booked in for our next service date.

On Wednesday night our hot water heater started leaking. It was not a rental and was 15 years old so we knew we needed a new one. Thursday morning I called Roy Inch & Sons and was told someone would be at our house at 3 pm. John Hoekstra called at about 1 pm and asked if he could come over early. John was there by 1:30 and explained to us all the information about renting a new unit. After a phone call to the office, we were told it would probably be Tuesday morning before we could get the new one installed. Because we live on the 6th floor of a high rise condo building, we explained to John that a leaking water tank for a few days could be a huge issue. He was able to "pull in a favour" and James was in our condo at about 3 pm to start removing the old one. Shortly after that, Brandon and Dan arrived with the new water heater. They covered their shoes with "booties" as not to leave any dirt on our carpets, they worked quickly and were true PROFESSIONALS! The new unit was installed and the old one removed by 6 pm. We would highly recommend Roy Inch & Sons to anybody looking to have HVAC work done.

we had a complete system installed earlier this year by roy inch and it was now time for an inspection before winter set in. an appt had been preset. we confirmed with the office and were advised larry curts would be arriving between 4 and 6 last thursday. larry called to confirm about 4:30 and arrived shortly thereafter. he completely flushed out the a.c. and inspected the furnace. he advised that all was pristine and that the filter was in good shape and there was a spare there, if needed. an appt has been set for oct 25, 2018 between 4-6. we are very pleased with the service.

Jesse came to do a furnace maintenance visit. He was very professional, and friendly. After his check, he explained what he did and was very receptive to any questions I had. I’d be happy to have him back for future service calls. He did a great job.

The maintenance check was very thorough, and Jesse explained the work well. I really appreciated the the photos of my (clean) ducts. I found Jesse to be very personable and professional.

Jason arrived to our house in a timely fashion on the day of our scheduled appointment. He did a very thorough inspection of our furnace & tankless hot water unit. He was here for a very long period of time, which is a good thing because we knew he was being very careful & precise with his work. When the appointment was finished, he informed us that the level of CO2 in our house was higher than it should be & as a result, he recommended a second opinion from another employee on another day. He was able to book that appointment for us right away, as well as a spring tune up on our air conditioner. We appreciated his honesty & great work. The very next day, another employee of Roy Inch arrived to our house at the stated appointment time frame. He checked our furnace over very thoroughly & tested the CO2 level, which was down to 0, which gave us peace of mind! Roy Inch has some great employees and we will be certain to use them again for our HVAC needs.

Had furnace inspected by Brandon Inch. He arrived on time and completed the inspection in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous at all times. Based on this service call I would recommend Brandon and the company to others.

Josh B. was very considerate putting on booties to protect the flooring and carpet. He explained what he was going to do and what he was doing and then instructed us how to work the new thermostat that he installed. Pleasant and thoughtful. Josh likes dogs which is appreciated since we have a dog! We would definitely recommend Roy Inch, we have had theirservice for many years and have recommended them to our two daughters that now own a home. Good reliable service!
