Milton and Omar informed us when they were coming and arrived punctually. They worked diligently without a break and through lunch. They were courteous and professional. They left the job site in good condition and did an exelent instalation.

Furnace maintenance was done by Jesse. It was a crazy day at our house, so unfortunately, he was left on his own to find everything. I was able to catch up with him before he left and he was friendly and, by the answers he had to my questions, very thorough. My husband and I were very impressed! We have always had great service over the past 10 years!

Jesse was very professional, did excellent work and suggested a few tips. he recommended some work on the vent as it looks like the slope is inwards at a point which could be an issue in the future

Scheduled a service visit for 12 to 2pm and Jesse showed up promptly at 12. He covered ALL the bases and made adjustments where necessary and to improve system performance. Very professional and friendly.

I have been a regular customer of Roy Inch and Sons and when I need service I call them. On my most recent service on Nov. 9/17 their service tech Josh performed a cleaning, checkup, replaced mother board, and serviced the humidifier. He was very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He even walked about the house with a gas detector upon completion of his service to double check the furnace was in proper working order. I would recommend Service Experts to anyone.

My serviceman was Jason Kobal. He was the tidiest, most thorough professional that I have ever had in my home. Boot covers, carpet covers, vacuuming etc. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a service technician (Larry Curts) in to do the yearly inspection of our water heater. My Mother was home at the time and found him to be very helpful. He was able to answer all her questions and she also mentioned that he was very patient with her. She really appreciated that extra touch of customer service which you don't always receive with technicians so thank you!
