Our furnace was nearly 10 years old. We have had many issues with it including lots of service calls and parts replaced. The warranty would be up next year. The last service issue resulted in the situation being escalated to the field manager's attention. He fought hard with the American supplier for replacement based on the information that problems were ongoing. The company refused to help but Roy Inch stepped up and replaced our furnace at their expense. We only paid for the labour for installation. Now that's excellent service.

we had no hot water. Milton & Omar came to install the new hot water heater and unexpectedly, it didn't fit down our narrow basement stairs. They didn't leave until they had a new one sourced and delivered and installed the same day. They were wonderful

I am always very pleased with my service from Roy Inch. Krys Kowalski did an excellent job. I usually have Corey in to do my Furnace and A/C check every year.

Jesse called to confirm time of arrival. Arrived on time. Very polite, careful, efficient. Neat appearance, very personable. Took all refuse away. Explained everything and answered questions. Excellent service. Would recommend.

Had our Bi annual maintenance completed by Larry Curts and I can’t say enough about how Larry goes about doing the service. Very conscientious and explains what was done. Thanks Larry.

Jesse (the technician) was super polite, professional, and friendly. He got to work quickly on checking our 1 yr old furnace and offered to take me through the list of things he was doing to ensure everything was working optimally. His technician notes covered the work he did and that seemed to suffice for me. I highly recommend Jesse and his work.

Jesse was excellent -- A++. He was efficient, polite and personable. He explained everything that he was going to do, and reported as he finished the various parts of the job. In one case he thought we might want to replace a part, and went carefully through a cost-benefit analysis of replacing it now vs a year from now. We couldn't have asked for a better service experience.

Brandon Baldwin was out to do a check on the air conditioner and furnace. He expland everything he did and what to watch for to make sure we have no problems down the road . I would have him come out again to do our service. He was great

Arranged for duct cleaning of the entire house, approximately 2500 square feet. Arranging appointment was easy by phone. Serviceman, Jordon, called before arriving, arrived on time, introduced himself, laid down walking sheets from the front door to the furnace room in the basement and proceeded to bring all of his equipment indoors. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He undertook the cleaning without with minimal disturbance. When finished he cleaned up all the equipment and materials, answered all of our questions and explained the invoice for payment. Excellent experience!
