I call, Josh arrived within 20-30 minutes; replaced thermostat quickly and programmable as per my requirements. All my questions were answered. I have been a Roy Inch customer for a number of years and would highly recommend them to friends and associates.

Jesse was very professional and listened to any concerns that I had. I needed a new part for the furnace and he showed me how the capacitor was near the end of its life and explained it wasn't necessary right away.

Brandon came on time and explained the process. He was super efficient and quick. He made sure he covered all the bases. Furthermore he explained the maintenance program, what it covers, and the cost involved. I am always happy with their service!

Milton, Omar and Danic did a great job of installing the new furnace and AC. They kept of informed and explained what they would need to do.
They did a great job, cleaned up after they were finished and explained how things would work and what was to be done on a set schedule.

Just had Roy Inch replace my rental powervent water heater with a new Rheem powervent. Milton and Omar, very friendly and professional installers, high quality work, and left the area cleaner than when they started.

Covered his work boots before entering the house.
Covered the area in front of the fireplace to protect the rug.
He explained what he had done and that one of the logs was cracked and would need to be replaced in the future.

The prepaid monthly furnace maintenance program is an excellent way to ensure that our furnace is routinely inspected and cleaned. The technicians who have come to our home are always friendly, polite, and thorough in performing their work. Today was the first time that Jesse had come to our home and he continued the track record of excellent service that we've received in the past. I wasn't personally at home during the call, but my wife was very impressed.

Have requested the same service tech for the past 3 years. I appreciate the sincere, trustworthy, competent service Rob Coto has provided us.
