Our water heater started leaking and John was at our house the following day. John was very informative and easy to deal with.
Omar and Krys installed the following day. So polite and friendly ! Also very informative and wanted to ensure that I had no questions before they were finished. They went over the features for the tank and we appreciate that they also replaced the valves. They were neat and tidy and covered the floor from the front door to the basement. John came back for a final check two days after instalment to make sure all was well. I would definately use Roy Inch and sons again.

I have had Roy Inch to our home on several occasions to do work for us & have always been satisfied with the service. Earlier in the week one of their employees came to the house. H was extremely helpful by answering all my questions. The 2 workman installed the furnace & air conditioner also did a good job & should be commended.

Sean and Matt did an excellent job installing our new water heater. They were very personable and took the time to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up after they were finished (in fact the area was cleaner than when they started) and even took our old water heater away. Sean and Matt deserve a 5 star rating.

Okay, first off sorry for the bad pun in the heading.

Put there men are un-real! They had their boss come out for a quote. (I had an..... Unusual job for them) I received a quote for the first half of the job. Then we were left with 2 options of how to finish the job.... I received a quote for both options. How open is that!? Awesome.

When Mat and Shawn came back for the 2nd half of the job they spent all day completing the work. Also, they are crazy pet friendly. My dog botherd them a few times and they just laughed and pet him. How nice.

Now, when fabricating the new duct work these two technicians made measurements and sent that off to the shop to be made. They went and picked up the first one when it was ready, but then there was some down time. But my cost never varied from the quote I was given! And while they were waiting for the final part to be delivered they had lessons they could complete on their phones. These classes are provided by the company. It's good to know that this company not only has licensed workers, but also keeps up their education and maintains such a high level of knowledge in their employees.

Look I could go on. But, I won't.

Jesse did our furnace service and was the most complete young professional you could ask for. When ever I popped down to see how things were going he was very thorough in explaining his process of service.

I had the pleasure of having Craig and Jesse attend my home today for a furnace issue. They arrived on time. I had a conversation with them to explain the problem we were having. With in a very short time they had determined what the issue was. They explained to me what needed to be done. Both Craig and Jesse were very friendly and professional. The problem was fixed and the furnace was back together and working great. I can't remember the last time the furnace worked this well. I would have no problem contacting Roy Inch & Sons in the future if I have any further problems with my heating or cooling. Thanks to Craig and Jesse.

Josh Bettencourt called ahead and arrived on time; he was very courteous & professional. He discovered we had a defective heat exchanger on our furnace while conducting a regular service call. Needless to say we were glad to find out we could have had carbon monoxide leaking through the house (even though we have detectors), it's good to know this was discovered. We ended up ordering a new furnace/air conditioner from Roy Inch the same day with install scheduled 2 days later. Very important during January weather! Highly recommend Josh Bettencourt for service!
