When my remote and receiver no longer synchronized, Amir identified the issue and ordered a replacement set for me. He helped me set it up over the phone; the new set works even better than the old one ever did.

We have been using Impressive climate control for maintenance of our fireplace for several years. They have installed a fan in the unit to distribute the heat better. On other occasions they have repaired the thermostat. We have always been happy with the their service and would highly recommend them without reservation.

On the hottest day, my central air stopped working. I called various places and Impressive was the only one able to schedule the time to do the job. The person who came was courteous and he fixed the following: repaired the starter, topped up the coolant and cleaned the outside heat exchange unit.

During a heat wave, our air conditioner unit failed on us. Impressive sent an excellent rep in Amir within two hours to diagnose and provide a temporary fix until we could be rebooked again. He clearly explained what the issue was and we were promptly called to rebook to get the required work done.

Impressive was the shop we chose to replace our gas log with a more energy saving enclosed insert. The owner helped us to find a beautiful replacement and, with another technician, carefully removed and installed the new unit. As in many older home projects, surprises awaited, this time behind the brick work . However, calmly and efficiently, this unexpected situation was well handled and resolved. Although expected labour time was increased, our bill was not. We would certainly recommend this knowledgable, professional, honest company to others.

Very impressed with service. Had "A" out for a service call on my remote as well as a general maintenance and advice on a "wonky" pilot light.
Got me going in no time and suggested further service on a "wait and see" basis regarding the pilot light (showed me how the part was defective from the beginning and should not have been installed but replaced). Well it bumped along for a while and we will now replace the pilot light as it is acting up again.
Absolutely no hesitation in having them come back and do the required work.
