Fireplace West

We recently had a fireplace installed by Fireplace West. We called and received an on-site visit the same day. The fireplace was ordered and installed within two weeks. Great service, most courteous and highly professional work.

We contacted Robin for a gas insert and we are so glad we did! Prompt communication and service, excellent installation. Our furnace went on the fritz shortly after, and Robin came immediately to help out (even though it wasn't related to the fireplace). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Fireplace West replaced my (gas) fireplace insert last year. It worked beautifully and kept me very toasty every time I used it. Robin and Connor were going to be in my area today and contacted me to see if I wanted to do an annual maintenance. I sure did! Robin and Connor showed up promptly at the appointed time, did the necessary work, right down to replacing the batteries in the remote! Unheard of, but NOT for Fireplace West. That is simply what they do. No detail is too small. So Fireplace West will be coming back next year and the year after that, etc.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of Fireplace West. The service I receive from Robin and his associate for my cleaning and checking for joint leaks in my two fireplaces is simply excellent. This after purchase service is unique in this day and age. Robin and his service crew go beyond the normal expectations . They are indeed a class act and I recommend them highly for anyone contemplating a gas fireplace and certainly for the recommended post purchase cleaning and joint inspections. I wish them well in their growing success.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Fireplace West from the start to the finish. Robin was so prompt with getting back to us and staying in great communication throughout the process. The finish product looks fantastic. The level of professionalism and care with the installation of our fireplace was exceptional. I was very pleased with how they ensured that the clean up afterwards was done right. There were two instances though that really stands out for us. The first was after the the BBQ gas on/off valve was installed, we asked if it could be moved slightly to be more out reach for our children. Robin said absolutely not a problem and then worked out in the pouring rain to do our request. The second was that while installing our gas fireplace Robin discovered a faulty exhaust pipe in our home that could have been very dangerous once we turned on our furnace for the winter had he not spotted and corrected for us. At all points Robin exceeded our expectations and we are happy to recommend Fireplace West to everyone we know because we believe they too will be completely pleased with the choice to go with this 5 star company!

Robin of Fireplace West was able to offer us much more than conventional fireplace stores. Within a week of meeting Robin, and with no concrete plan of what we wanted, we went from a 35-year-old wood-burning fireplace (with a storage space for wood built into the wall), to a brand new Napoleon gas fireplace with a hand-made built-in display cabinet beside it. Finishing services (drywall, tiling, insulation and TV mount) were skillfully completed. The results were amazing 1981 to 2016 in three days! We would have no hesitation in recommending Fireplace West.

Robin was patient whilst we chose the model. The installation was painless. No mess at the end. Nice guys, good job.

We got the "cadillac" fireplace(60in long) & wanted help installing. Being winter it was very hard to find someone but Robin came to our house & installed in so we were ready to celebrate xmas around the fireplace. He has been visiting us every year to maintain the good health of the fireplace & is so professional. He takes care of little details also like not to use cheap batteries & make sure the wood floors are not damaged etc.
