Nick and his crew did an excellent job moving the contents of my condo into storage. From beginning to end they were very careful and surpassed my expectations. I was not sure how much would fit in my storage, however with nick's experience he was able to fit much then I originally thought would fit. They also took less time than the original quote which was a real bonus. Will definitely be asking for nick and his crew to move my things into my condo. Great job guys!

Adrian and Pavlove were very good at what they were doing and tried to do it in a timely manner. I'm hoping that my packed china, etc. is fine as I will not be opening quite a few boxes for a while. I am in a temporary living situation.

The only thing I am annoyed about is that I should have been directing the box unloading as they buried needed boxes in rows of stacked boxes that weren't accessible. I had to move may boxes myself to find what I needed as there was food items that could not be left. I hate to say that in their haste they were too efficient. I was likely unpacking clothes boxes so they could take them back.

Overall everything went well, except for the carelessness in damaging a dresser that was not mine.

The team of movers were amazing! They were very professional, upfront, polite, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them to everyone who wants to make moving a little easier and less stressful.

My experience with You Move Me was pretty good. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could though. Starting with the positive, the 2 movers called ahead of time to inform me of their ETA and arrive on schedule. From there, they worked their butts off all day long and took excellent care of my belongings. Additionally, there is a strategy to packing a large truck and they executed efficiently, wasting no time. The negative, there was a big disconnect between the call centre, who books the reservation, and the franchise in Toronto. There was a mixup with my insurance (I needed additional coverage for some valuable furniture), as well, the stop at the storage locker was not communicated to the movers. However, the franchise operations manager went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of and even came to my condo to ensure of it personally. The movers, who were not expecting to spend as much time at the storage locker, were professional and handled it in stride. So, while I was extremely unhappy that the call centre had not properly documented the instructions initially, I was pleased with the result. Because I accepted a quick closing date on the sale of my condo, I have to move again in 2 months into my new home. I have already re-booked You Move Me again.

The staff we very good, they made sure that the items were packed properly. They made sure that the items we placed in the new house where we wanted them to go.
