The company was very professional - sent an estimate and receipt for downpayment. Company called day or two before to confirm move. Movers called morning of to let me know on their way. Showed up on time, very professional, extremely helpful. All went well.

Scratch my new wood floor at several places deeply and dammage my expensive son's twin bed badly with corners of the wall. Unprofessional and rude.

They contacted me several times to ensure pickup and drop off times and locations, and called to confirm what I had to move. The movers called prior to their arrival (early at that) and quickly sized up the work and got to it. They worked hard loading and unloading for 7.5 hours. They were experienced and hard working.

Moving from one house to another was a complete breeze thanks to the consummate professionalism of an amazing team of talented and friendly movers

Found YMM excellent reviews so we tried them on our move last week and Wow the reviews were spot on. Very professional they were on time even brought us Tim Hortons when they arrived. Very fast and efficient the one mover Cameron bear huged our 94" couch and lifted right over the bushes in the backyard as that was the only way to get the couch out. The professionalism from both Trey and Cameron should be the baseline of what all service employees SHOULD BE!!! They even gave us our first flowers for the new home.

The move was fast and efficient.
Unfortunately I received conflicting information about the services for Furniture Bank and would hope that gets clarified internally then for future customers.

3 of the finest young men worked together, very professional, polite and pleasant for several hours, as they move me from a large home to a much smaller Condo apartment. I am so impressed. I have already spread the word about this moving company.

We needed several large pieces moved to various places in our building. They showed up on time, were very pleasant and professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely call again if/when I need moving help. I've already recommended them to colleagues by word of mouth.
