You Move Me Toronto/Gta

My experience with You Move Me was pretty good. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could though. Starting with the positive, the 2 movers called ahead of time to inform me of their ETA and arrive on schedule. From there, they worked their butts off all day long and took excellent care of my belongings. Additionally, there is a strategy to packing a large truck and they executed efficiently, wasting no time. The negative, there was a big disconnect between the call centre, who books the reservation, and the franchise in Toronto. There was a mixup with my insurance (I needed additional coverage for some valuable furniture), as well, the stop at the storage locker was not communicated to the movers. However, the franchise operations manager went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of and even came to my condo to ensure of it personally. The movers, who were not expecting to spend as much time at the storage locker, were professional and handled it in stride. So, while I was extremely unhappy that the call centre had not properly documented the instructions initially, I was pleased with the result. Because I accepted a quick closing date on the sale of my condo, I have to move again in 2 months into my new home. I have already re-booked You Move Me again.
