They were responsive to changes along the way and provided me with lots of options and ideas. I am extremely happy with the result. Strongly recommend their services.

Shelves are strong and everything is nice and stable. I especially appreciate the laundry area. Everything has a proper place now.

In one visit Dan was able assess the needs for our closet re-organization, create a design and provide a quote. The installers arrived on time and completed the job by the estimated time. They were efficient and knowledgeable.

New house - empty closets and cavernous shelves in the kitchen. I wanted to convert part of the pantry to pull-out drawers to maximize the usefulness of the storage and add organizers to my many closets (builder left them empty, not even a rod). Dan came and designed the closets and made my vision for the pantry work. Art installed, very clean and conscientious. Everything works perfectly! They promised to install within three weeks from final design approval and deposit and I was pleasantly surprised to have them installed just 10 calendar days from deposit. Only surprise was that the kitchen drawers are shorter than I feel they could have been (there is space at the back) but they work well so I'm happy. Will use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Although we had some ideas in mind before contacting Dan, he helped clarify our needs and significantly improved the final designs. Dan was a pleasure to work with - he was knowledgeable, patient and guided us thoughtfully towards a final decision. He is clearly very committed to client satisfaction, and doing the job right, and is pleasant and personable. It is also worth noting that we live in an old, Toronto house with plaster walls that proved challenging when installation day arrived. Dan and his colleague found solutions to all the little problems that arose from our old, uneven walls. We are thrilled with the results - the built in bookshelf and media unit is attractive, makes the most of our small space and has dramatically improved the functionality of our storage-deprived home. And in the master bedroom, I now have the closet of my dreams!
