George was prompt, friendly and professional. I contacted him because I had an old gas dryer in my basement and the gas needed to be disconnected before I could have it removed. I didn't know much about what was required but George provided clear information and advice about how to proceed, making recommendations that were both most cost effective (even though he could have earned more from the job) and flexible in the long term. Dan helped us with two small projects - a built in bookshelf and media console for our living room and a rebuild and redesign of our master bedroom closet - both at a very reasonable price for the quality of the work. Although we had some ideas in mind before contacting Dan, he helped clarify our needs and significantly improved the final designs. Dan was a pleasure to work with - he was knowledgeable, patient and guided us thoughtfully towards a final decision. He is clearly very committed to client satisfaction, and doing the job right, and is pleasant and personable. It is also worth noting that we live in an old, Toronto house with plaster walls that proved challenging when installation day arrived. Dan and his colleague found solutions to all the little problems that arose from our old, uneven walls. We are thrilled with the results - the built in bookshelf and media unit is attractive, makes the most of our small space and has dramatically improved the functionality of our storage-deprived home. And in the master bedroom, I now have the closet of my dreams!
