Marc, Jill, and their installation crew helped me design the perfect bedroom closet reconfiguration and make the best of every square inch of my small mudroom.
Marc was prompt for our first meeting, sent me designs and a quote within a week and was very responsive when I had questions.
The installation team all showed up when expected, were very polite and tidy and finished the installtion within the day.
There was a small delay with drawers and Jill coordinated getting some one back to my project as soon as possible.
I have used Tailored Living for many of my Design Projects but was able to see first hand why my clients rave about them. Thank you to the whole team! every thing you did has worked out so well.

Working with Marc and Jill was seamless. Marc came to the house to do all the measurements for our custom closet and desk area jobs, and was efficient and kind, I felt comfortable with him in my home. Though the wait time for them to do our job was longer than other quotes, I liked Marc's design ideas, how quick he was with sending updated designs, and I wanted to support a smaller company. I am so glad I did. The workers came on the designated day and worked incredibly efficiently. One of the installers noticed a small ding on the inside of a door and we were informed a new door would be ordered. That attention to detail impressed both my spouse and I. There were a few delays due to Covid shortages, but nothing major and the company kept us in the loop. Though I did not meet Jill, she was prompt in replying to my emails and friendly. I would highly recommend Tailored Living for any organizational need!

Our plan was to replace temporary shelving in our daughter's room with a built-in corner wardrobe and adjacent floor-to-ceiling bookcase with trim. Jill promptly arranged for Marc to visit and discuss options, who then provided drawings and gave us an opportunity to ask questions and refine our custom design. The materials were ordered and the installation took place precisely on the date that we agreed upon. The crew worked quickly and installed the built-in units very tidily. My daughter, my wife and I are delighted with the new wardrobe and bookcase! The installation was flawless and the finished product blends seamlessly into the room, precisely as we had hoped. We were very happy with the whole process, thank you!

We used to simply toss and stack items in our closet due to no internal storage being available. This made it hard for us to find certain things later on as the piles became larger, as well as made us feel uneasy knowing we had so many things in such an unorganized manner.

This led us to consult with Jill on having our closets organized based on our custom needs and wants. We love the new design and feel, and it provides us with a ton of extra storage we can use going forward.

I used Tailored Living to design, build and install shelving and storage solutions as part of our double car garage renovation. We are a busy family of 4 with 2 high energy boys, lots of sports equipment, children’s bikes and play things etc and I wanted as much floor space as possible left over to actually park a car inside.

Contacted Tailored Living Toronto after walking in and out of my dreary closet for 18 years. Finally decided to upgrade from old Ikea units and hanging rods. I was not disappointed with their suggestions. Marc was very thorough, and quick. The hamper and staggered hanging rods he suggested turned out better than we expected! I don't know what took us so long to do this! Choosing my clothes has never been so easy or so organized! Call them!
