Overall an excellent experience. Sara the designer absolutely nailed it! She came to our home and in just over an hour created what we envisioned and required. We cannot thank her enough for professionalism and customer service pre, during and post installation.

The installer, Arif, was meticulous, professional, attentive and patient. Being in condo has its challenges which he overcame with ease.

My only constructive criticism, is that we needed 2 installers to lessen the time factor.

Sara was excellent in designing our closet. She thought of everything. We are thrilled with the design. Daniel was a terrific installer. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. Both were very professional.

This was a fantastic experience. I have to admit that I had never purchased something from a coupon flyer, as I was apprehensive with respect to what the quality would be like. This installation far exceeded my expectations. From the minute we met Sara the sales representative to the installation. Sara was professional, accommodating and came prepared. She prepared a quote immediately after assisting us with design and available options. From that point the scheduling team was in contact with us, and the date they provided, is the date they kept.

The installation was on a whole other level. A crew showed up carried materials in and at that point I met our installer Daniel. Daniel was nothing short of amazing. Professional, polite, and cared very much about the quality of his work. He left the site clean and tidy. No debris or waste from the installation was left behind.

I have already decided to do other work with Closets by Design in my home as the experience was great.

Excellent sales representative took measurements, designed organizers for 2 closets, immediate cost provided. Contract written. Excellent installation completed promptly on date scheduled as agreed.

Very happy with our TV wall unit! Our designer Sara came over and helped us come with up with a design that worked for our room. She was quick at responding to all our questions when we weren't sure about something, and when we had to slightly modify our design. The installer also did a fantastic job and the unit has transformed our entire room.

A truly beautiful transformation of our space. Sara worked with me on my vision for an office with Murphy Bed for long term family visitors, and plenty of storage.

Including refinishing the floors, paint, wallpaper and baseboards that were separate costs, our project was completed in well under my 15k budget. Her team paid special attention to maintain our freshly painted space and made it look flawless.

In future, we can add doors to the desk alcove and add clothing rods or hooks, giving it some versatility for resale. But given how good this looks, I may move into the guest room and never leave.

Sara and team were great to work with, affordable and professional. The closets and cabinets they installed look like they have been in our condo forever. They just blend in naturally to our new home. We couldnt be happier. Thank you Sara and the Closets by Design team.

Sara did an awesome job helping me think through the design in a quick and helpful way! The communication was excellent as I could text her with quick questions and get a response right away. Thats huge for me. And I got a really great deal!

I called Closets by Design based on their reviews here and was not disappointed. Sara came to measure and design three closets for my father's new apartment, a walk in and two smaller closets. The delivery had a longer lead time than another quote (6 weeks) however the end result was worth the wait. Mardo the installer was meticulous, cleaned up after himself and spent the full day getting it right. I'd hire them again.
I will need a couple of extra shelves now that everything is getting filled, and will be calling to get these made. Thank you Sara, Mardo and team.
